Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with FUJI PRINTS. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Cases Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Initial product defects (printing errors, smudges, bleeding, etc.)
- Damage or contamination during shipping
- Receipt of an item different from your order (incorrect shipment)
How to Proceed
- Please contact support@fujiprints.jp within 7 days of receiving your product.
- In the subject line, please write "Return/Exchange Request" and include your order number and photos of the defective areas.
- After confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped or a refund to be issued.
Cases Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges due to customer's personal reasons (e.g., difference in image, incorrect size)
- More than 8 days have passed since product arrival
- Damage or contamination caused by the customer
- Differences in color between your monitor and the printed product (due to the nature of printed materials, perfect matching cannot be guaranteed)
About Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated according to the payment method used for your original order. Due to processing by the credit card company, it may take approximately 3-10 business days for the refund to be reflected.
